Time Limit for Redressal of Customer Complaints
  • Complaints received at Branch Level shall be resolved within 8 working days
  • Complaints escalated to Zonal Level shall be resolved within 7 working days
  • Complaints escalated to Head Office / PNO Level shall be resolved within 15 working days
Note: Complaints / Disputes is Redressal Within A Period Of 30 Working Days. If the complaint is not resolved within 30 days, the customer may approach the RBI Ombudsman.
